I have stood where you are standing now — and I made it through.
My own diagnosis changed everything I thought I knew about strength, fear, and hope. Through treatment, recovery, and the grief that came with it, I learned that no woman should walk this road alone.
Today I combine certified life coaching and grief coaching with something you can't learn from a textbook: lived experience. Whether you're facing diagnosis, treatment, recovery, or loss, I help you find your footing again — gently, and at your own pace.

Gentle answers to common questions
Not at all. I support women through cancer, through grief and loss of any kind, and through the life rebuilding that follows. If you're hurting, you're welcome here.
All sessions are online, so we can meet wherever you are in the world. I work across Egypt, the UAE and Saudi Arabia — and every time zone in between.
Arabic or English — whichever feels most natural to you. Many women move between both, and that's perfectly welcome.
Yes. I design group programs, workshops, and wellbeing sessions for hospitals, NGOs, and companies caring for the women in their community. Mention it in your message and we'll tailor something together.
That's completely okay. The first intro call is free and carries no expectations. We simply talk, and you decide what feels right — in your own time.

You don't have to carry it alone.
Whether for yourself, someone you love, or your organization — I'd be honoured to hear from you.
A cancer diagnosis changes everything in a moment — your body, your plans, the way you see the future. Having walked this road myself, I know that what you need most is someone who truly understands, not someone who simply offers advice from the outside.
Together we create a steady, private space where you can feel everything you're feeling — fear, anger, exhaustion, hope — without judgement. We work through the emotional weight of treatment, and we gently rebuild your confidence and your relationship with your body along the way.
Support continues into life after treatment, too — that tender, often-overlooked chapter when everyone expects you to simply move on. Whether you're an individual seeking one-to-one guidance, or an organization caring for the women in your team, I'm here to walk beside you.
Grief is not a problem to be fixed or a task to be completed — it is love with nowhere to go. There is no correct timeline and no right way to do it. My role is not to rush you through it, but to sit with you in it, for as long as you need.
In our sessions we make space to honour what — and who — you've lost. We build small, sustaining rituals that hold you on the hardest days, and we gently explore the meaning you carry forward, so that remembering becomes a source of comfort rather than only pain.
Grief also includes the losses we rarely name aloud — a diagnosis, a marriage, a version of the future we were promised. Whatever you are carrying, you do not have to carry it alone. Learning to live alongside loss is not forgetting; it is slowly making room for life again.
When the storm finally passes — after illness, after loss, after a season that asked everything of you — many women find themselves asking a quiet question: what now? Life coaching is the work of answering that question, gently and on your own terms.
We start by reconnecting you with what genuinely matters to you — your values, your energy, the things that make a day feel like yours. From there we set clear, kind boundaries, protect your wellbeing, and turn vague longing into concrete, doable next steps.
This is not about becoming someone new. It's about coming home to yourself with more clarity, more confidence, and a sense of purpose — and writing the next chapter as the author, not the bystander.
